Yes, Branch 4: Dungeon Idle Manager contains advertisements. These ads are displayed to support the game's free-to-play model.
The core gameplay involves managing your staff by assigning them to training, work, or rest slots each week. You'll also make decisions during meetings and respond to staff messages to influence outcomes and advance the narrative.
The description states that the week plays out over three real minutes and you can close the app and receive a notification when it ends. This suggests that while some aspects might require an internet connection for notifications, the core gameplay loop can likely be managed offline.
Progression is driven by earning trait points through stat gains, which are then used to unlock nodes in a trait tree. There are also species-specific stories that unlock in four stages as you grow closer to your staff.
Players make decisions regarding staff assignments, responding to reports of rule breaks or experiments, and choosing dialogue options in weekly meetings with staff. These choices impact goodwill, stress, output, and budget.
The game was last updated on September 18, 2026, with version 1.7. This indicates a relatively recent update, suggesting ongoing development and support.
Branch 4: Dungeon Idle Manager is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod. It is designed for iOS devices.
The app has an age rating of 4+, indicating it is suitable for young children. However, the game's themes of dungeon management and dealing with various species might be more engaging for older players.
