User reviews

Day 1

So far…immensely disappointing! Developers can see my posts or comments in the app for more details. I’ll give it 2 more days but not too hopeful.

Really Helpful

My doctor had me join this program and I’ve found it really helpful. I also really like the Branch Out sessions with the pain psychologists and physical therapists who are kind and informative.

Journies

Can you not add More than one journey for multiple diagnosis? I like the activity tracker I have been unable to find that on other apps but only being able to do one pain journey is not going to work for me I hope I am wrong?

Horrible

This is just horrible. I was asked by my doctor to try this, but after attempting 4 times to start a journey and being unable to do so accurately and sending emails to this company requesting help twice, and NOT being answered, I am not wasting any more time on it. Concept is nice but their beta testers obviously were not real people; a real person would have identified the multiple issues i found in just the first two pages. Don’t waste your time with this.

12-29-30 update
After taking some really deep breaths, I am going to change my review of this app. The company reached out to me, asking for specifics, which I gave them. Virtually all of them were incorporated into the next update. There are still a couple of things that I would still like to see fixed, eg it does seem to crash/ freeze up fairly often, and would like to be able to go back and see previous entries. I’d also like to be able to update a previous entry, say within 24 hrs? But those are fairly minor issues. After using this app for multiple months, I feel I can give a good, strong 4 stars instead of a 1. I will continue to make suggestions as I run across issues, in the certainty that they will be addressed!

Where do I go where I can answer the questions

I am looking forward to put my pain down. I have tried but I keep messing up. I don’t know what to do. My severe pain started on my right side and radiate to the back. My severe pain started on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 and I have been in severe pain now for seven days.
My doctors are Dr. Net and Dr. Kiefer. I would like for them to get my message. I try working on this system but it keeps disappearing and throwing me out. So, I am going to send this and if it goes nowhere please forward it to them. Thank y’all very much.
My name is Inez Watson
