Our app is built on an advanced AI agentic workflow designed to understand creative intent, plan the generation process, and coordinate multiple generative models to create videos from prompts, images, and references. At the same time, generative AI video is still a creative and iterative process. Depending on the prompt, reference materials, and scene complexity, some outputs may require prompt refinement, a few regeneration attempts, or light manual editing to achieve the best final result. We understand how frustrating glitches can be, and we’re continuously improving output quality, stability, and creative control. Please contact us through the in-app support channel with your account details and the affected videos. Our team will review the issue carefully and help with troubleshooting, prompt suggestions, and other available support.

Hi raygood32326 — sorry you had such a frustrating experience. That’s not the quality we want. Pomelli uses an agentic workflow to turn your idea into a complete video: it should understand your prompt, break it down into scenes, match the right template, generate the visual/script elements, and then assemble the final output. From your feedback, it sounds like the workflow did not follow your input properly, and the template result was far below expectations. Please email us at support@vo3.online with your input prompt, the template you used, and a short screen recording if possible. We’ll review the prompt-following and generation steps, help you get a better result, and use this case to improve our templates and agentic workflow.

For users who need frequent generation or more advanced output, higher-tier plans may be a better fit. Your point about offering a clearer free example is very helpful. Подключила, оплатила (слава богу всего за неделю использования) и в итоге ни одного ролика, от слова ничего. Жаль,обидно,но что поделать.

Понимаю ваше разочарование — очень жаль, что после оплаты у вас не получилось получить ни одного ролика. Пожалуйста, напишите нам через встроенную поддержку в приложении (Settings → Support/Help) или на почту support@vo3.online и приложите, если можно: • ваш Apple ID/скрин квитанции (receipt) • дату/время попыток генерации • скрин вкладки History/Projects (иногда ролик появляется там после очереди) Мы быстро проверим логи по вашей подписке и поможем: восстановим генерацию или пришлём результат, а также подскажем, что сделать, чтобы ролики корректно появлялись в приложении.
