Haven’t gotten credited for anything Ive done, and it isn’t my settings. Customer service is horrible too. They said they would look into the problem but but it’s been days and still no reply.

Customer service is terrible this app has issues they think by resetting the app and installing again it’ll solve the issue. In other words they don’t want to update the bloody app.

I have been trying to cash in my 4207 point and have emailed them four times. No one has gotten back to me. Do not use this app.
Fake
I have made four different service requests. They text at odd hours of the morning stating that they resent it to my emails Apple ID as I signed in with Apple. I’ve never had an issue where my email doesn’t go into my inbox signing in with Apple they do not resend it and they didn’t even send it. Very frustrating. Very disappointing. Horrible customer service.
