Unable to cash out
Used to use the app with success. Came back to it the other day, did a ton of surveys, and now unable to cash out any of my points. Customer service gave an automated response email and silence ever since. Awful app now. Don’t use.
Lies
Why lie and tell people in the ad that you can watch movies or short films and get paid for it there is not a option to watch nobody’s short films so I don’t understand why they sold that Fallz dream to make people download it. I know it’s too good to be true. Y’all need to fix that ad because a lot of people downloading that stuff and it’s not even what it’s supposed to be I take strawberries all day long anyway I don’t wanna take no more New services so if there’s no way to watch TV shows and movies on here then I need to figure out how I can get how I can disconnect my name from Office account cause it’s not cool. Straight liars.

Haven’t gotten credited for anything Ive done, and it isn’t my settings. Customer service is horrible too. They said they would look into the problem but but it’s been days and still no reply.

Customer service is terrible this app has issues they think by resetting the app and installing again it’ll solve the issue. In other words they don’t want to update the bloody app.

I have been trying to cash in my 4207 point and have emailed them four times. No one has gotten back to me. Do not use this app.
Fake
I have made four different service requests. They text at odd hours of the morning stating that they resent it to my emails Apple ID as I signed in with Apple. I’ve never had an issue where my email doesn’t go into my inbox signing in with Apple they do not resend it and they didn’t even send it. Very frustrating. Very disappointing. Horrible customer service.

Zero Rewards
Even after over a day of doing surveys, zero rewards we actually sent to my inbox even after the time period. I dont think this app actually gives out anything…
UPDATED: They actually do give stuff, the days that i redeemed were down days. No everything comes pretty much instantly. As long as you stick to the surveys and NOT the games that frankly do not work, its all good.
