It’s 2025 there’s no reason why this app should still be set up this way. It’s horrible! I doesn’t recognize emails/passwords so I can’t log in or change my password. This app is trash! I’d give 0 stars if possible

I downloaded this app for one reason so that I could find local stores to use my Brand Source Credit Card. First off, I don’t see any intelligent reason why I need to provide an email address and a password just to search for stores and products. I think that it’s absolutely ridiculous that when you enter your email address, that you can not immediately enter your password because of the way this app was set up. The password portion does not remain in your line of sight or view and before you know it, you have to start all over again and I have yet to sign in just to see what I can purchase from this store. This app just don’t work. At this point, I’m contacting the credit card issuer and telling them to shove this credit card where the sign don’t shine. Please keep in mind too that I don’t see any valid or legitimate reason why this app wants or needs to keep track of your location when your not actually using this app. I do not agree with any app that has that much access to your personal, private and privileged information, location and data. This is certainly overreach and overkill for an appliance store. With regards to this app, I feel that it is absolutely horrible and a complete waste of time and effort!

Sorry App
Don’t deserve one star. Tried to pay bill on line over and over. This app won’t do ANYTHING. It shows blank email and blank password but won’t do anything else. I GIVE UP. I’ll just mail bill in.
