It’s 2025 there’s no reason why this app should still be set up this way. It’s horrible! I doesn’t recognize emails/passwords so I can’t log in or change my password. This app is trash! I’d give 0 stars if possible

I downloaded this app for one reason so that I could find local stores to use my Brand Source Credit Card. First off, I don’t see any intelligent reason why I need to provide an email address and a password just to search for stores and products. I think that it’s absolutely ridiculous that when you enter your email address, that you can not immediately enter your password because of the way this app was set up. The password portion does not remain in your line of sight or view and before you know it, you have to start all over again and I have yet to sign in just to see what I can purchase from this store. This app just don’t work. At this point, I’m contacting the credit card issuer and telling them to shove this credit card where the sign don’t shine. Please keep in mind too that I don’t see any valid or legitimate reason why this app wants or needs to keep track of your location when your not actually using this app. I do not agree with any app that has that much access to your personal, private and privileged information, location and data. This is certainly overreach and overkill for an appliance store. With regards to this app, I feel that it is absolutely horrible and a complete waste of time and effort!

Sorry App
Don’t deserve one star. Tried to pay bill on line over and over. This app won’t do ANYTHING. It shows blank email and blank password but won’t do anything else. I GIVE UP. I’ll just mail bill in.

When you try to log in, the fonts are so large that you can’t see the box to log in and when try to log in from your phone app of saved passwords it Says log information doesn’t match when I just set up the app and you don’t have the option to reset your password or verify your account.

Awful app
This thing won’t even allow me to get started. After entering user name it freezes up won’t even allow me to enter password. The reason for the one star is because it won’t allow me to give it zero
App needs more features
This app need to have features for members to see their accounts and pay on their accounts. Also, navigating friendly with some one on chat or standby if there are any issues. I’m sure there is more. 🙄

Makes no sense
This app makes no sense. The same login info was put in as using the web and it's says incorrect on the iPad and iPhone app. Recheck it why the browser and got on. Rediculous. Would not recommend
Sales tags
Great point of sales tool. Glad to be able to have a data base with sales tags with manufacture info.
