Doesn’t Work
I really wanted to like this app because the idea is great but it’s frustrating to use.
The biggest issue is that the email feature doesn’t work for me when I tap the email button for BRANDZ. Nothing happens, which makes the app unusable for its main purpose.
another problem is there’s no clear way to contact support. I look through the app and the only option in settings is changed in the language. There’s no help center contact former support email if something goes wrong.
if the email feature worked, and there was an easy way to report bugs or get assistance, this app would be much more useful right now. I can’t use it to reach out to branch which defeats the purpose of downloading it. Hopefully these issues get fixed in a future update.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a waste of $19.99 for a year subscription. You got my money and I got nothing from this app. Shameful!!

SCAM! Do NOT pay
I have tried to submit MANY emails to brands but most of the emails are outdated or invalid. This app is a waste of money and I CANT get my money back. Zero customer service!!! SCAM DO NOT BUY!!
I love the idea.
It must be a bug because I cannot actually email brands and I paid for the year subscription. I hope this is fixed soon so I can use it.
