Online statements
We do not need the statements mailed to us, I went to the bank get them emailed, no one knew how to do that. I can find no place on the website. They are just thrown away. Looks like a loss leader for the bank.
Behind in technology
This app is simply basic and not up to date with the times , I am NOT even able to utilize my debit card in Apple Pay , the moment I no longer need this account for my mortgage I will be switching banks with more up to date technology

Can’t wait to fully utilize they’re entire offering of banking services as my family grows into the future! Been through every major chain and this local staple has them ALL beat!
