Cab companies love this app!
If you’re new to the city and want to take a bus somewhere, this app won’t help. No schedules. No fare information. No search to help you find a route from point A to point B. No route overview on the map to help you figure it out on your own. It’s like they don’t want you taking the bus.

First Impressions Aren’t Great
The 4C and 4A routes are not correct. The buses don’t travel on Gaitwin and Hallmark streets unless there is construction. They usually turn at the Brantwood Park Road and Banbury Road intersection.
The current location of the buses is also not displayed in the app.
The app also uses Apple Maps, which some people have had poor experiences with. Google Maps would be a better choice to use.

Terrible
app barely works . Doesn’t give you live information. Needs serious update. If you want to take a bus and switch over a stop to get somewhere it doesn’t relay that information.
If you’re not from brantford you wouldn’t be able to use the app or take the bus because it’s all wrong and confusing. Times aren’t accurate.

Reorganized
This app is so disorganized. I don’t understand what is happening and why i can’t figure out the back home bus routes. This is difficult for people who are new to brantford!!
