First Impressions Aren’t Great
The 4C and 4A routes are not correct. The buses don’t travel on Gaitwin and Hallmark streets unless there is construction. They usually turn at the Brantwood Park Road and Banbury Road intersection.
The current location of the buses is also not displayed in the app.
The app also uses Apple Maps, which some people have had poor experiences with. Google Maps would be a better choice to use.

Terrible
app barely works . Doesn’t give you live information. Needs serious update. If you want to take a bus and switch over a stop to get somewhere it doesn’t relay that information.
If you’re not from brantford you wouldn’t be able to use the app or take the bus because it’s all wrong and confusing. Times aren’t accurate.

Reorganized
This app is so disorganized. I don’t understand what is happening and why i can’t figure out the back home bus routes. This is difficult for people who are new to brantford!!
Buses don’t load?
I used to use this app all the time, but now whenever to try to use it it just says “no buses found”. So it completely does not work. I redownloaded it, but it still won’t work. Not sure what to do. It’s a shame too, this app was really useful.

When you select a bus stop, to check bus routes and times the application will not display the times or routes.
Not showing bus times
When i go to bus stops and look for times they will be there nothing shows up it says no buses available everytime i refresh the app

typically, bus apps have accurate times for the specific bus route. For reference check other bus apps. I should be able to open the app and see when a bus is arriving at a specific stop. I shouldn’t have to check the map and make predictions myself.
Needs an overhaul
This app is very helpful & I use it all the time but it does need some help. The interface is not user friendly, sometimes the routes/stops don’t load. It’s hard to find exactly which bus to take to which stop to get where you are going to get there on time.
I’m hoping there can be a way to add bus passes to your card via the app, or use your phone instead of the bus card when boarding.
