Save car info?
Everything’s great, I just really wish they could save our pick up car make/model information like they save our credit card info. Having to type it in every single time is tedious!
Labels/ names would be nice
I commonly place a large group order and bowls/sandwiches always get mixed up. Please add a spot for names on each order. We hate having to open up others’ food to figure out who’s is who’s. Also at least one order is wrong or something is missing. (I understand that’s a restaurant problem, not the app. But if there is a spot to put a name, I could quickly check and make sure everything was there.)

Order Modifications
I love all of your restaurants but hate that in the app I cannot make modifications. Ex: Breakfast burrito. I just want extra salsa every time. No way to order that in the app. There isn’t even a place to type a modification. What if a person is allergic to one ingredient. There’s no way to let you know to remove it.

Bad App
This app is really, REALLY bad. I mean embarrassingly bad. I have no idea how the folks behind these restaurants are ok with this abomination of an app be associated with and tarnish their name. Shame on the developers of this app for their poor work. 👎👎
Terrible App
Need a comment field when placing order for special request. You are losing good customers that like your food by limiting food items on weekends to only your brunch menu. A cheeseburger should be available for brunch.
Credit card entry…
A very simple issue, but a real pain…it would be great if one could copy / paste a credit card number in your payment portion of the app.

Ok but needs improvement
This app is great when it works, but sometimes it won’t let you order anything. No matter if you do ASAP or a scheduled time. And for some reason, you can’t order food by phone. So if you want to go orders, a lot of time I have to go in, order and then wait.
Easy but not customizable
It’s a clean app that’s easy to use but you can’t customize things like extra meat or more sauce or light veg.
Apple Pay?
Easy menu ordering. Painful payment process. Please accept Apple Pay to make all of our lives easier when ordering on mobile.
Menu too limited
App works well but does not offer full menu.
Modifications
The app is strange … it allows you to indicate certain modifications on your entrees, but there is nowhere for me to ask for no corn on my favorite salad.
Restaurant search
It would be faster to list them instead of search because the app in the search is ok
Food is amazing, but the app is awful
The app’s menu doesn’t match what’s available in the store at the correct hours, so you get all the way to checkout before it says “this isn’t available”. Very frustrating. There is also a confusing “full menu” toggle which makes thins worse. This combined with the phone number no longer accepting orders (or getting to talk to a human in general), makes this a tough choice in the myriad of other food options. In-store dining is good though.

No ability to customize
I love the food, but I also like to customize my order. There’s no option to say no bun. Or to add broccoli as my side. Not having the ability to customize means I won’t be using this app anymore. Definite bummer!
App doesn’t actually let you customize
Wanted to add turkey and avocado to a salad, but app wouldn’t let me and cafe refused to take my order over the phone. Now have to go stand in line and order there if I want my salad. Why have the app if you can’t get what you want?
Great food. Awful app.
I rarely use this app without encountering a new problem. It resets pickup time. It says ASAP pickup is all booked up—at 2pm on a Tuesday.
Most recently, I tapped “edit” on an order that went through, but backed out of that and got my original order. Unfortunately now I can’t use the app because it forever thinks I’m editing the original order. From two weeks ago. Even if I cancel out and start a new order. Even if I choose a new location. No matter what. Error. The app is bricked.

Can’t use gift cards
Purchased gift cards for the Holidays and was told they’d be good for online and in store. The App and Website both have sections to use as a payment option, the balance of the gift card shows up on the order checkout, but when submitted the order the site/app declines the order stating the card details are invalid EVEN THOUGH MY BALANCE DISPLAYS.
If gift cards cannot be used, then remove this section as a valid payment option.

Won’t let me order
I’ve been trying to order on the app but no matter what options I choose as far as Walk-in, Curbside, ASAP or scheduled orders, it will still give me an error message. And when you call the actual restaurant they say they don’t do phone orders. So the only other option is to go inside.
Not easy, not helpful
I would love to use the app to place a delivery order, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. It says it’s going to work then it’s like never mind we won’t deliver anywhere!!! But it’s an option…. There’s no help and no one to contact so I will have to pass on these restaurants looking forward.
