Custom Tipping
Bring back custom tipping. New update you can’t custom tip. I have celiac so I eat here frequently as options are limited and the food is great. I however cannot afford to tip 15% minimum every order. I try to at least tip a dollar most times. That said, in addition to rising menu prices, if I can’t tip I won’t go as often.

App doesn’t work & won’t accept payment
Time and time again I try to order off the app with a valid card and all proper credentials and it will not work. 9/10 the web version works way better and more efficiently. This is getting ridiculous. Not to mention I can never opt in & use my rewards because on every order it says my rewards are invalid. Please fix

No option for phone number login
Signed up with my phone number, but now the only way to sign in is with an email. I only have one phone number…needs fixed ASAP!
