Restaurant is great. App is not.
I’ve tried several times to preorder using the app, and fail every time. What? It’s always something different. This time, it somehow reinstalled an old CC number I no longer have, and won’t let me add a new one. Which means that I’m short on time and will have to go somewhere else because preordering is not going to work.

The new format is bad. Points expire and don’t accumulate accurately.

Love eating here and the rewards, but why do I have to sign in literally every day? And why does it tell me it’s offline every time I do? Makes scanning at the restaurant irritating.
App logs out every day
Since the update 06/26, the app logs out every day , sometimes multiple times per day. It has essentially become useless. Friends who use it have the same issue.
Constant problems ordering
This app is a headache. Every time I build a bowl, I get an error that I have to choose between base options despite choosing 2 allowed options (including only choosing 1 option). Tried every combination & still can’t checkout. Got a birthday reward. Followed the guidelines & still get an error that it can’t be applied. Issues using gift cards. It never ends. Not worth it & I just choose another restaurant. YOU’RE LOSING BUSINESS BC THE APP IS TOO BUGGY!

New version of app isn’t user friendly
The amount of signing in and authentication on the new version of the app is terrible. Almost every time…. It makes me not use it.

I downloaded the app but it won’t let me log in? When I enter the code sent to my email, it won’t accept it????? Why????
Unable to Use after Update
Unable to log in. Unable to scan for reward point collection. Collected points all gone.
New app is 🗑️
Love this restaurant I had a bunch of points accrued for rewards and since they changed the app not only did I lose all my progression. I have not been able to log back in because it says that my phone number has already been used and there’s no way to figure out which email is associated with. Very frustrating.

Still needs work
Ever since the new rewards rollout there’s been some issues with the app. First thing I noticed was the issue with the barcode, there was two different barcodes so it would not scan, but this has since been resolved. However, every time I go onto the app it signs me out and I have to log back in. Also, every single time I order pickup I have to reenter my card information, even though I have it saved onto the app. It declines the card and I don’t understand why. It would be simpler if Apple Pay could be implemented, and if app users could add their barcodes to their apple wallets for easier access.

Awful App
New app doesn’t work and they took away all my rewards
Hate the new app!
I have to log in every time I want to use the app which means waiting for a code to be sent to my email. What happened to staying logged in or even using a password or facial ID?! Makes me dread going to your restaurant!

This is a really good app to get this delicious bibipop free, they do this to make it easier on people that try to save money
App Update Not Working
The new app update kicked me out of the app. When I try to log back in, it wants to send a verification code to my email, which never comes. Not in spam, junk, etc.
Pretty annoying. A simple food app shouldn’t require 10 levels of dysfunctional log in. If one looses access to email, the rewards account will be lost forever. There isn’t even an option to ask for a text code, if dual authentication is required.

Barely functions and is now pointless
The app use to work, and the rewards were great. Now it doesn’t work and trying to use the rewards at the store doesn’t work and all the workers look at like your nuts for trying to use the app that has worked, every other time. Great job pointlessly updating you app so it doesn’t work anymore!
Update broke the app
The app revamp broke the app. I don’t stay logged in and have multiple connectivity issues. Very frustrating
Awful update
App update locked me out of my account and therefore revoked access of my surplus of points, new update ruined everything
Deleted My Account
Got logged out automatically and doesn’t recognize my login. All rewards are gone.
After update, app lost ALL account info
This app has had issues since the start. Every time an ingredient was N/A, you couldn’t reorder your favorite or previous orders - but the app wouldn’t tell you this, it just wouldn’t move past the ordering screen. So we’d have to start a new 5-bowl order every.single.time even 1 ingredient was unavailable. What a WASTE! Now, they’ve updated the app, and all our previous orders and points are gone - so I have to search for an email to re-enter all 5 bowls again - huge time-waster - and we lost all our points. How is a business run like this??
