Version 1 war fast nicht zu gebrauchen. Mit der Version 2 hat sich die App sehr verbessert. Daten können in die eigene iCloud weggesichert werden, nicht auf fremden Servern. Und die Apple Health Anbindung ist jetzt auch drin.

Connectivity Feature Not Available in Qatar
I specifically purchased the Braun ThermoScan 7+ because of its connectivity and the ability to connect the thermometer to a mobile phone. I paid extra for the 7+ version specifically for this feature.
Unfortunately, after purchasing it, I discovered that the Braun Family Care app is not supported in Qatar. The app simply displays “Country Not Supported” and tells me to remove it from the device.
This is extremely disappointing. If a major advertised feature of a premium model is unavailable in the country where the product is sold, this should be clearly stated before purchase.
The thermometer itself may work perfectly well, but I could have bought a cheaper non-connected model if I knew the connectivity feature would be unusable.
Braun should either make the app available in Qatar or clearly disclose the regional restrictions before customers pay extra for the connected model.

Nicht für Familien geeignet
Durch das neuste Update sind die Daten NUR lokal auf dem Handy des aktuellen Nutzers. Wenn Vater oder Mutter ihr Handy nutzt sieht der andere Partner den Verlauf nicht bei sich im Handy. Dementsprechend ist die Sync für das Fiebertemeter nicht familienfreundlich (wie der Name eigentlich sagt)

This app works as expected for the ear canal temp reader we recently got. I just wish it’d show the temp graph of more than 2 days’ worth or we could export the readings as CSV or XLSX file so that we could share the info to healthcare providers when needed.

Verbindet sich nicht mit der App
Egal ob IOS oder Android die App lässt sich nicht mit dem Thermometer verbinden. Daher gibts für die App nur ein Stern. Das Thermometer darf bleiben schon allein wegen der Nachtfunktion

Impossible d’appairer le thermomètre
L’appairage du thermomètre échoue avec une erreur 20007. Bien que le problème soit connu depuis plusieurs mois, il n’a toujours pas été corrigé. On ne peut donc pas faire de suivi sur l’iPhone. Je pense que je vais retourner mon thermomètre. Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux de cette marque.

Wäre sicher hilfreich, aber weder über das Handy noch über das iPad funktioniert die Bluetooth Verbindung!

Ich hätte mir das Gerät nicht gekauft, wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass die App nicht nutzbar ist.

Es wäre schön wenn es mal ein neues Update würde damit man das Thermometer auch mit der App verbinden kann. Gerade wenn das Thermometer aus diesem Grund gekauft hat.

Le thermoscan 7+ Connect ne peut pas actuellement s’appairer avec un iPhone. C’est inadmissible, c’est justement ce côté connecté qui est mis en valeur dans le descriptif de l’appareil. Cette application est complètement inutile, vous ne pouvez pas connecter les 2 appareils. Et cela fait des mois que Braun est au courant mais rien ne change ! Je vais devoir retourner ce thermomètre qui n’est pas du tout ‘connecté’.
