I wish
This app works as expected for the ear canal temp reader we recently got. I just wish it’d show the temp graph of more than 2 days’ worth or we could export the readings as CSV or XLSX file so that we could share the info to healthcare providers when needed.

Impossible d’appairer le thermomètre
L’appairage du thermomètre échoue avec une erreur 20007. Bien que le problème soit connu depuis plusieurs mois, il n’a toujours pas été corrigé. On ne peut donc pas faire de suivi sur l’iPhone. Je pense que je vais retourner mon thermomètre. Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux de cette marque.

Le thermoscan 7+ Connect ne peut pas actuellement s’appairer avec un iPhone. C’est inadmissible, c’est justement ce côté connecté qui est mis en valeur dans le descriptif de l’appareil. Cette application est complètement inutile, vous ne pouvez pas connecter les 2 appareils. Et cela fait des mois que Braun est au courant mais rien ne change ! Je vais devoir retourner ce thermomètre qui n’est pas du tout ‘connecté’.

Braun ThermoScan 7+ Bluetooth Verbindung nicht möglich.
Diese App in Kombination mit dem Braun ThermoScan 7+ Connect - eine absolute Katastrophe. Die App lässt sich partout nicht mit dem Thermometer verbinden. Ich habe es unter iOS und unter Android ausprobiert, mit mehreren Geräten, sogar das Thermometer habe ich umgetauscht und trotzdem verbindet sich die App einfach nicht per Bluetooth mit dem Thermometer. Support angeschrieben, jedoch ohne Rückmeldung. Ich werde konsequent ignoriert. Sehr traurig, von der Marke Braun, die doch immer für Qualität stand. Thermometer wird zurück geschickt und eine andere Marke gekauft. Danke für nichts Freunde

Appairage impossible avec iPhone
Impossibilité de connecter le thermomètre à un iPhone, malgré plusieurs tentatives, plusieurs téléphones testés, rien à faire.. possibilité de l’utiliser sans qu’il soit connecté mais tout de même dommage étant donné que cela en fait le critère principal de ce dispositif.. Renvoi du premier et nouvelle commande immédiatement, problématique similaire, inadmissible.. Merci de remédier à cela rapidement !

Great, but needs a few tweaks
1. It needs more types of medication since it doesn’t have antibiotic eye drops and allergy medications as options. “Other” should allow you to enter a name.
2. Reminders should ring your phone like an alarm, not simply notify you and then do nothing. You should also be able to tap on the notification to say you’ve administered the medication on schedule or at the time you tapped on the notification.
3. You should be able to export the records as well in a PDF format.

Impossible à connecter en Bluetooth à un iPhone 15 pro Max à jour
Impossible de connecter un iPhone 15 pro max en Bluetooth même en retirant et remettant les piles comme indiqué ou en coupant et remettant le Bluetooth sur le téléphone. En restant appuyé longtemps sur On, bt s’affiche et la couleur de fond change plusieurs fois mais ensuite ça se fige sans que bt ne clignote et l’application sort du mode appairage en disant erreur 20007), j’ai tout essayé même en en faisant venir un 2e car j’avais des doutes sur le 1er, même souci…

Die App erfüllt grundsätzlich ihren Zweck: Die Messwerte vom TS7+ werden schnell und unkompliziert übertragen.
Was ich mir zusätzlich wünschen würde, ist eine Exportfunktion der Daten in Form einer übersichtlich aufbereiteten PDF (oder eines ähnlichen Formats). Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, im oberen Diagramm zeitlich zurückblättern zu können, um frühere Messungen einfacher zu vergleichen.

Gut aber Datenschutz?
Nutzte die App erst seit kurzem und finde sie tendenziell gut. Meine Verbindung ist auch erstmal stabil.
Aber warum kann man das ganze nicht ohne online Zwang nutzen!? Sorry aber bei Medizin Daten finde ich muss es immer einen offline/lokalen Weg geben!!

Integration Apple Health 👍🏻
Ohne Übertragung meiner Daten an „Helen of Troy“ und KAZ kann ich das Thermometer nicht verwenden. Verwendung meiner Daten in ominöser Cloud.

Seriously whoever wrote this software needs to go back to school. I think a four-year-old with AI could do something better here.
Yeah, I get that. You have to scroll down but the option never lights up. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it and still the option doesn’t light up. I’ve tried even leaving it on long enough to where I can read it and still the option

Lack of Apple HealthKit
It is 2026 why can companies understand the importance of supporting Apple HealthKit. Love my new thermometer it is an upgrade from a Braun I bought 6 years ago. Just disappointed with the lack of Apple support.
Great thermometer. App needs slight changes
The app would benefit in a great way by: 1) showing graphs that are greater than 24 hours, 2) allowing export, 3) connecting to apple health. The thermometer is top notch though. I still like this for the Bluetooth. Hopefully they improve the app to justify the cost.
