I love the missing ads, the shields, the personas, the speed, and many other things. However, we need Apple Pay on osx, extensions on iOS, and when the shields break a site, a way to more easily diagnose the problem instead of the all or nothing option we have now. Also desperately need a way to really turn off ai assistance so that it does just turn itself back on. Strongly prefer a way to simply ask for this feature on a case by case basis without it always on.

Godsend!
This app has me elated! I’ve been plagued with clutter and general overstepping of my boundaries when it comes to advertisements. I’ve been using brave on my desktop for years but only just found an IOS version. I will continue to use for the foreseeable future, god bless whoever at Brave can read this! Thank you!

I accidentally activated my new Apple Watch with a different account than my normal cell line and I was unable to find help at any other store (or by calling AT&T) - I would have had to call again to cancel the first line, but Damian took the time to contact the right people to get the account canceled and my watch activated with my cell line account. He set everything up for me and was kind, courteous, and helpful the entire time. Made a really stressful experience much better than it could have been. Great person to deal with! Thank you!!!

settings disabled by default is a terrible feature. having to reset your settings every time you open the app makes no sense. devs these days are bots
Stopped blocking ads
Stopped blocking ads in the past couple months, but many websites are still broken on Brave as if the ad blockers are still enabled. Worst of both worlds, please fix this.
Promising Browser Loosing it’s Edge and regularly Crashes
Brave has been a promising and useful browser. However the last few updates have severely tarnished it’s reputation. What’s going on Brave Team your once useful browser keeps randomly crashing?

Significant number of crashes each day all Apple platforms
Initially Brave worked with little problem. As it became the default browser the issues began. Have not been able to isolate the problem. Considering no longer have it as the default browser rather than wasting time trying to determine how to fix the problem.
