Buggy Mess Hot Garbage
On the PC app some of the buttons have smaller hit boxes than the graphic shown, meaning some parts of the buttons can’t be clicked. On mobile, the button to take pictures frequently just disappears several times a day and needs a reboot. PC also feels like it was made by an inexperienced international team as we have panes on the left and right with the main content in this middle. It’s a very bad flow. The UX and UI is just bad. There can be as may as three Edit buttons on the screen, which makes it hard to train new people. We also have a save and accept button in the same pane and you have to click both buttons for some reason. This is just a junky and poorly designed app ecosystem with no attention to details and so many redundant steps and buttons. I also constantly get notifications about web orders and offers that I don’t even have the authority to enter those screens, further wasting my time and slowing down my work day. It can also literally take 5-10 minutes to spool a printed receipt. Meanwhile, we have to hold the customer hostage or not give them a receipt. It’s hot garbage.

Decent needs work
Doesn’t notify on Apple if there is a chat. Would be nice if I could search a persons loans from the app.

I am having troubles with the app, it does not scan the label with the camera, i need to write down the whole inventory number so its innefficient to used it

Changed options on my iPhone and it won’t notify of anything needs work…. Great idea
