Hello your ad says we can play in the U.S. but I download thru the ad and from the App Store and both say that my location Florida USA I can’t play

After I confirmed my email, my level was reset to level 1??
I have just entered a load of draws and a dialog popped up saying I was promoted to level 9, but the upper corner says I'm level 3.
