Awful App!

Trying to use this to unlock my AD account at work, it asks security questions but gives no indication of whether I’ve even pressed the “continue” button, it just doesn’t seem to register that anything has happened. I’m wondering if it’s even a button, as it appears to just be a picture of one. Absolutely useless.

Useless, registered device successfully but cannot use

Successfully registered device, but unable to use app as it comes back with this error every time I enter my aid and select either password or security questions. Doesn’t matter which I choose.
