Amazing how bad it is

My company recently moved to CTM. Can’t understand why except that it must be must cheaper. The cheapness shows in the quality of the app and web experience.

Rubbish app

Old app easy to use, clear flight options to chose from and no rubbish bot.
New app completely the opposite.

Crashes!

I cannot even make a change. The app is continually crashing on me. The website is not much better and the chat help has been completely useless.

My employer booked a trip for me and I was advised to use this app. I was able to log in and can see that I have a trip booked but when I tap on it the app crashes every time.
