Ring tone update
There should be an option from the drop-down to keep my own ringtone that I can hear better, their ring tone isn’t loud enough or quick enough. My income is reliant on being able to quickly answer the phone and needs to be resolved

Great app for on the go
I am in CTM all day long so I was a huge fan from the start. Once I downloaded the CTM Phone app I was thrilled by how easy it is to use. It really makes connecting with customers a breeze when I’m not at my desk. I also like how thoughtfully designed the interface is.
Doesn’t Ring
The one thing you’d want it to do. Yes I set the settings and had phone volume on. Doesn’t ring in the slightest for incoming calls.

Hi Cait, sorry you're missing calls! A few things to check: make sure the silent switch on the side of your iPhone is off (no orange showing), and that CTM Phone has permission to show notifications under iOS Settings. If those are set correctly, please reach out to our support team and we'll dig in!
