The app crashes every time you try to upload a video for analysis, the app says the camera isn’t working when doing drills and the customer feedback is an automated message with zero follow up. Don’t bother wasting your money

This app is not letting me log into my original account. It’s making me create a new account when I have a membership in a subscription.
Kicks me off the app
I subscribed to the yearly subscription only to find out immediately that the app kicks me out when it tries to analyze a video I upload. It sits on 5% and then the app closes out completely. Either fix the bug problem or I want a refund. Getting a one star due to the app messing up right out the gate.
