I’m A Bit Confused

I love how this is set up but some areas I do t know what to do,
IE water temp? Do I set that?
Also the time reminders. Can I change the start time of the whole process and then all other times will adjust and I need to adhere to that?

The poor UI makes this nearly unusable

My search for something to replace my BBGA-style spreadsheets continues. This app gets the math and method right, but it has an extremely poor UI. It's actually worse than just using a spreadsheet!
