Without the app would be better
I’ve tried to make a payment via the app, but once again it failed right after I topped up my account. This is not the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating.
Could you please explain why this keeps happening? It seems the app has recurring problems and shouldn’t be relied upon if payments can’t be processed properly. I’ve already topped up, yet now I have to use another payment method.

Server down but no announcement no compensation totally nothing i see no effort in this…. The credit cant be withdraw and cant be co pay u cash it will just bait people to keep top up until they can zero their balance…. Best not to use bah not like very goof perks from app also…
Worst App Ever
Topped up $100 credits prior to bill payment at Din Tai Fung only to face the app issue not being able to load QR for payment. Wasted my time and money loading onto the worst app ever. All the bonus credits don’t matter when the app doesn’t even work, your money just gets stuck inside.
