Without the app would be better
I’ve tried to make a payment via the app, but once again it failed right after I topped up my account. This is not the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating.
Could you please explain why this keeps happening? It seems the app has recurring problems and shouldn’t be relied upon if payments can’t be processed properly. I’ve already topped up, yet now I have to use another payment method.

App not loading
Seem to happen a few times before

Server down but no announcement no compensation totally nothing i see no effort in this…. The credit cant be withdraw and cant be co pay u cash it will just bait people to keep top up until they can zero their balance…. Best not to use bah not like very goof perks from app also…
Worst App Ever
Topped up $100 credits prior to bill payment at Din Tai Fung only to face the app issue not being able to load QR for payment. Wasted my time and money loading onto the worst app ever. All the bonus credits don’t matter when the app doesn’t even work, your money just gets stuck inside.
Unable to login
Prompted forced update. But after update, I got logged out and unable to log back in - keep seeing "CRM system not available". At least maybe highlight when this would be fixed?

Useful to buy drinks at TB
I buy YY most often and love the kopi package which helps to save money. App helps to keep track of vouchers and also has bday rewards (don’t have the $5 this year) but still have the free drink and bun at BT! :)

Useful app, works fine but hope to see more user friendly icons and buttons. Easier to track history and etc would be good
Cannot change password
App does not let y me to change password. Click submit button and nothing happens. App is not stable at all. Please go back to card that can be swiped at the cashier if you can’t provide an app that can be used.

Not sure why the reviews so jialat but this app is working fine for me. I only use to buy drinks. Kopi vouchers are very value for money. Each voucher costs as low as $1.60 during their $128 for 80 vouchers promo, and can be used to buy small yuan yang ($2.50).
Cant update profile/contact
Got email from Breadtalk to update profile to receive bday benefits. But unable to update and I still have not received my birthday privileges. Lousy app and very frustrating to use. Please review the whole customer experience on using the app. If broken please fix it.
Unable to login to app
Today when I wanted to make payment, I was asked to re-login to the app. With the right password, the app kept saying wrong mobile number and password. Hence, I tried to reset my password a few times and still unable to login. Hence, very frustrating. Once I finished using my remainder amount, I will not want to top up anymore.

Unstable and wrecks my dining experience
I like to go to Din Tai Fung. However, it’s incredulous that the app can be unstable due to high usage volume. I bought the store credit but was unable to use it. I was told to wait for 10 minutes. I’m contemplating not to use this app again due to its unreliability.

I drink toast box coffee daily so this app really help me save money as I get to buy kopi packages at a cheaper price. Will keep using it as I can make payment at BreadTalk to purchase bread for my family. The best thing is that..I also get 10% off at Food junction. Would recommend fellow Singaporeans to use the app to fight inflation 👍🏻

Cannot log in
After latest update, asked to verify email. But app does not even send email. And password reset also does not work. What’s gonna happen? How to use app to pay there is still balance in the app wallet. Wake up please, dear app developer. Perform all tests before deployment.
Now can earn points
Have been a user since 2019, at least they have points now and I get to earn some points. Lots of improvement since my first sign-up.
