Pay to Win
This game concept is fun but it’s absolutely pay to win (either actual cash or endless ads.) I could also do without some of the stereotypes of the characters in the “story.”

I played this game a couple of times, but the ads are ridiculous. I deleted the game. Not worth it!
Glitchy
The game has a bad habit of locking up which equates to a costing streaks gems and other bonuses. Shameful!
Fun while it lasted
I’ve played this game for at least a year, possibly longer. I liked it very much until lately. I’m on level 1019 and I know I will go no higher because I refuse to pay for the add-ons. If I can’t win on my own merit, and with my small rewards for those wins, then I’m done. I’d love to go back and replay the early levels but, alas, that’s impossible. So, it may be time to delete it.

A bad rip off with stolen art work
First of all this crappy game is a rip off of Homescapes. Second of all this game is stolen artwork of plants vs zombies,2, and 3. And the app icon is a rip off of the pvz2 app icon. This game is a waste of time so just download pvz2 is much fun than this crappy one one

Worst Support Ever
It’s not the first or the second time that the game has errored and not allowed me to play due to their being “no levels available” when there are. I’ve had a support ticket open for over a week since I can’t play and I purchased a Gold Pass I can’t even use yet. They haven’t responded or updated me in 5 days now. Seems to be a recurring issue now.

Gros bug d’une MAJORITÉ qui nous empêche de jouer
Il s’agit d’un jeu d’équipe et à cause d’un oubli de mise à jour bon nombre de mes coéquipiers et moi ne pouvons jouer alors que nous avions des compétitions contre d’autres équipes ! Je met une seule étoile alors que j’adore le jeu depuis près de 2 ans, car aucune aide de la part des administrateurs malgré une vingtaine de messages J’attends encore un peu avant de désinstaller car j’aime beaucoup ce jeu

No response from player support
Have not been able to play the game for 5 days because all IPhone users on my team are locked out. I have reported this issue many time to support as have my teammates with no resolution
I finally went through Apple complaints to see if they can get the issue fixed

Haven’t been able to play in a week. Says waiting on new levels.
RIP OFF - Can’t play game after purchases
Numerous users are not getting the new level updates and the developers are not replying to any of us.
Updates are not consistent
Normally, I would rate this as a 5-star game. But there are delays in updates to the App Store so players on iPhone can’t play while those on Android devices can. Been trying to play and support team for more than a week. Reached out customer service multiple times and still can’t play. Lost significant status/ranking without a response from their support. This game is losing most of their best players, because people are moving on.

I had enjoyed this game since the game was launched. I am at the top level. But a week ago, my game is stuck on level 4601 and everytime I click to play the level, I have a message telling me that more levels will be available soon. Everyone else seems to be able to play (some in my clan are over level 4650!!!) I have messaged support numerous times now, at first I received a generic “we are looking into it, sorry”. But after many messages from me since then, I have received nothing at all???? There are a few of us in my clan with the same issue and we have all messaged with no help at all! I loved this game and when functioning properly it is 5 stars. But at the moment, I would give it no stars. YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT NEEDS SORTING!!!!! Diabolical situation 😡

So I’ve been playing this game for a while now but now it kicks me out of the game and takes me to the internet and has a ad for Amazon…I do not like it so I will be deleting this game too bad cause I liked it…

Fun game
I really enjoy playing this game and play nightly. Since the new updates though the bonuses for trying to beat levels aren’t free with ads anymore.
Great game but….
I really enjoy this game but recently the extremely annoying Royal Match ads that appear very frequently don’t give the option to close after they’ve run. I have complained but no action has been taken as I imagine it’s a lucrative ad for them to run.
