Hi. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. After creating an Ex, if you select 'Photos' then 'Add Photos' you should be able to select and add photos from your phone's photo library. If you cannot select photos from the library then perhaps you need to change the permissions in the settings - Settings > The Ex Box > Photos. If this remains an issue I would be glad to help - it might be best to contact me through the Contact Support form within the app - this is under Utilities. Thanks
