Data Tracking on such a private situation?
No. Tracks “health” information for big brother - And - “User Content”. And the first thing it wants is for me to sign in and identify myself. Unbelievable breach of privacy for such a delicate & sensitive situation.
It’s about data collection, not genuinely “helping people in need”. If I don’t hit enough, this hurts more knowing that help is not at my finger tips after all. And for that reason I’m out. #Uninstall

Thank You for what you do!
I listen to you all day at work and when I’m down I listen to you and makes my day 😬
Best Friend!
This app has been a game-changer for me. Its straightforward interface made setting up my no-contact rules super easy, and the gentle reminders helped me stay on track. What I appreciate most is how customizable it is – I could tailor everything to fit my specific situation. It's more than just an app; it's like having a supportive friend in my pocket, helping me prioritize my well-being.

Essential
The only real app of its kind.
Firstly the counter I find incredibly helpful. It is like a buddy cheering you on.
Seeing the days creep by with occasional checking really helps too.
The panic button immediately brings you back to earth and stop you doing something stupid which I think we’ll can do if not careful.
Then there is the option to make some assertions which can also help in panic times and generally.
They encourage you to grow and become a better version of yourself and more capable of any future relationships reinforcing the gift of time to work on future relationships that this hiatus gives us.
Thank you so much for creating this app.
Thank you also to the developer for making it work seamlessly.
It’s a very important thing at a very difficult time in my life
