Thank you Lucia!

The Silenzio app is providing so much comfort in my no contact pledge… I’m 83 days in, after DA discard. I love how when I downloaded the app, one of the first features I noticed was a day-count that you can personalize for how long you’ve been in no contact - genius..! :) Valentines Day this year, he gave me a card that he put zero effort into - a contrast from last VDay and my birthday… we had been together going on 2 years. The discard happened weeks before my bday. After receiving the underwhelming VDay card, I asked him… ‘were you in a hurry when you wrote this?’ He said that he wasn’t, but that he could take the card back and work on it. He never did and I never saw the card again, so I began to feel less invested in the relationship and wasn’t shy about showing it… no enthusiastic and enduring texts with heart emojis anymore.😆 I wasn’t sure what to do, but I was willing to wait it out to see what he did on my bday. Of course, as I mentioned, he discarded me before my bday, saying ‘the relationship spark was gone!’ Well, I didn’t buy it for one bit, and calmly exited stage left. I haven’t broken my NC pledge, and vow not to, ever! After all these weeks, there was finally a sign from him - he liked a social media post of mine last week. I’m so glad Lucia spoke about what to do in this situation on one of her videos recently, bc, another ‘expert’ on YouTube mentioned to ‘match’ the DA”s effort - which I knew was the wrong thing to do in this situation. Anyway, I’m doubling down on no contact until I directly hear from him, re: what is going to be different this time. If he doesn’t reach out thought, I know I’m going to be ok, especially with the help of Lucia and her Silenzio app! Lucia- if you can talk about what to do to keep a DA accountable without triggering them, ie, what I could have done re: the lack of follow through on his revision of the underwhelming VDay card, that would really be helpful. I don’t know if I’m going to need it, bc maybe I’ll never hear from him again, and I definitely don’t plan on falling for another DA, but I think it’s a great topic, and I’d love to hear your advice on it! Much love!!

Great App

This app is comprehensive and offers all the tools you need to stay in No Comtact. The affirmations, meditations and community helps you not feel alone. Thank you!

Helps my heart heal

I’ve been having a tough time staying in no contact and find myself giving in with my dismissive avoidant constantly… and then regretting it. This app holds me accountable and I’m in no contact the longest I’ve ever been.

Empowering

I’ve followed Lucia for a month on YouTube and I wish I knew of her sooner because I was doing all the wrong things before and had so many opportunities to have the relationship I want. Regardless, I have been able to take back my power by watching her videos and see the value in myself again. Since my ex still contacts me, I have been using the Silenzio app and it has been very helpful on this journey.

Very Helpful

Helps you contain anxiety when there is a breakup.

Just a basic app that tracks your NC progress

The interface is really simple. It’s cool there’s a panic button for when you’re close to breaking NC, but I find it a bit ridiculous you have to pay to record your own audio if you want more in addition to Lucia’s warnings. At that point, you might as well just record using whatever built in recording app your phone has and just listen to that when you feel like you’re about to break.

The upshot is that if you need a community of other brokenhearted people to talk to, there’s still plenty of active people in the threads. I wouldn’t really recommend most of what’s being put out there because it’s a lot of people who’re desperate to use NC as a tactic to try and get their exes back, rather than actually moving on, but eh. Not a fault of the app itself I guess. Just want to point out that it might not be a good thing to doomscroll reading other people’s posts if you’re still fresh from a breakup yourself. Of course, that’s easier said than done.

Wishing you guys good luck with your healing and self-love journey. You’ll come out the other end eventually. In the meantime, give yourself grace and be patient with yourself. We’ll all survive this.

Data Tracking on such a private situation?

No. Tracks “health” information for big brother - And - “User Content”. And the first thing it wants is for me to sign in and identify myself. Unbelievable breach of privacy for such a delicate & sensitive situation.

It’s about data collection, not genuinely “helping people in need”. If I don’t hit enough, this hurts more knowing that help is not at my finger tips after all. And for that reason I’m out. #Uninstall

Thank You for what you do!

I listen to you all day at work and when I’m down I listen to you and makes my day 😬

Best Friend!

This app has been a game-changer for me. Its straightforward interface made setting up my no-contact rules super easy, and the gentle reminders helped me stay on track. What I appreciate most is how customizable it is – I could tailor everything to fit my specific situation. It's more than just an app; it's like having a supportive friend in my pocket, helping me prioritize my well-being.

Essential

The only real app of its kind.
Firstly the counter I find incredibly helpful. It is like a buddy cheering you on.
Seeing the days creep by with occasional checking really helps too.
The panic button immediately brings you back to earth and stop you doing something stupid which I think we’ll can do if not careful.

Then there is the option to make some assertions which can also help in panic times and generally.

They encourage you to grow and become a better version of yourself and more capable of any future relationships reinforcing the gift of time to work on future relationships that this hiatus gives us.

Thank you so much for creating this app.
Thank you also to the developer for making it work seamlessly.

It’s a very important thing at a very difficult time in my life

Clear accountability

This is by far the first thing ever to help stay accountable to myself by staying in no contact.. Properly!! Thank you for this app it has honestly been a mental health saviour

Easy Accountability

This app has helped me through some of the low times of No Contact. Definitely worth it!

Works

Use it…it will keep you focused.

Great App

It really helps you track the days you’ve been in no contact so that you do not have to keep track yourself. the button really helps- her message is so personal.

Life Saver App

I read a statistic that only about 5-10% of men are able to truly walk away after a breakup or block without a follow up and only 1% are able to do so without ever watching a Story or engaging in some way. This app helped me become one of those men, and even softened my ex’s feelings about me from what I’ve heard from her friends . It helped me as a man to not sacrifice my dignity for a relationship where I gave so much and then was cruelly cut off on my birthday , and without this support I probably would have reached out . It is a game changer , the panic button , the day counter , the meditations , it’s truly one of the best apps in the App Store and the girl who made it is 1 in a million for supporting people who go through this . 5 stars , absolutely a must have .

Great App!

I am so in love with this app and it has helped me so many times! The panic button has been so instrumental in this whole experience. Love Lucia! Thank you!

So helpful - a game-changer!

Better than just an app to keep track of data of NC…this has helpful meditations and reminders of WHY to stay in no contact. I really really love this app and all the videos. They’ve put a really postitive glow on a dark time in my life ❤️ thank you Lucia!

Life Saver

Honestly, I downloaded Silenzio on a whim, but it ended up being one of the few things that kept me grounded during the worst days of my breakup. The no-contact timer gave me a weird sense of pride—seeing the days stack up made me feel like I was taking control back.

The panic button is surprisingly effective. I’ve hit it mid-spiral and the voice that comes on is calm, direct, and exactly what I needed in that moment. The affirmations aren’t corny either—Lucia’s voice feels like someone who actually gets what you’re going through.

That said, I wish the free version had a bit more variety, but I ended up upgrading and haven’t regretted it. The manifesting meditations might not be for everyone, but if you’re open to visualizing a better future (whether it includes your ex or not), it’s worth trying.

Life Changing. Insightful. Empowering.

Selnzio by Lucia (from The Art of Love on YouTube) is more than just an app—it’s a masterclass in emotional intelligence, attraction, and the way the human brain really works. Lucia breaks down the science behind the primitive brain, rejection, and value in a way that’s digestible, honest, and deeply validating.

This app helped me understand how no contact isn’t just a strategy—it’s a powerful tool for healing, restoring self-worth, and resetting the balance in relationships. Lucia’s teachings helped me recognize my patterns, trust the process, and stop chasing validation.

Whether you’re recovering from heartbreak or just trying to better understand how attraction works on a primal level, this app is a gift. Lucia’s approach is grounded in both psychology and compassion, and I’m so thankful for her work. She truly changed the way I see myself—and how I move through love.

Highly recommend to anyone who’s ready to reclaim their power.

This app keeps you grounded

I don’t usually write reviews, but the Silenzio app more than deserves my time and gratitude. If you’re struggling with maintaining no contact after a breakup, especially one where you still deeply care about the person, then this app might just become your daily anchor like it has become mine.

Let me start by saying: Silenzio isn’t just an app. It’s a mindset coach, a friend, and a mirror to your strength. Every day it shows you how far you’ve come by simply counting the days of no contact — a quiet but powerful reminder that healing isn’t about giant leaps, it’s about daily resilience.

But what really sets Silenzio apart is the Panic Button. Anyone who’s gone through heartbreak knows the urge — that sudden wave of emotion, that compulsion to reach out, even when you know it might undo weeks of healing. When I feel that urge, I just hit the panic button and instantly hear comforting, wise, and sometimes firm words from the app’s creator. It feels like someone is sitting beside you saying, “Don’t give in. You’re stronger than this. Let’s pause, breathe, and remember why you started.” And honestly, that has stopped me from reaching out more than once.

One of my favorite features is the ability to record your own messages. I left voice notes to myself when I was in a clearer headspace — reminding me of the pain, the patterns, and the reasons why I chose no contact in the first place. So when emotions cloud my judgment, past-me steps in and says, “Hold on. Remember this moment. Don’t go backwards.”

This app isn’t dramatic. It doesn’t flood you with unnecessary fluff. It’s quiet, purposeful, and silenzio in the truest sense — it honors your silence while giving you tools to keep it.

I also love how simple and elegant the interface is. No clutter, no distractions — just what you need: a clean tracker, the panic feature, and a sense of forward motion.

To the creator: thank you for designing something that genuinely helps people in their most vulnerable moments. Your words, your voice, and the app’s tone are exactly what I needed when I felt like no one else understood what I was going through. This isn’t just software — it’s a lifeline for anyone trying to rebuild their emotional independence.
