Simple tracking
Response from developer
Thank you so much for your support! 💛 We’re happy to hear that Piaora feels simple and easy to use. Our goal is to help moms track their pumping journey without unnecessary complexity. Wishing you all the best on your journey!
LOVE this app!
Only downside is alarms will still go off literally mid pump if I don’t pump on the set schedule. But not really a dealbreaker.

We'll definitely look into it and see if there's a better way to handle situations like that. If you ever have more ideas, we'd love to hear them—whether it's here or by email at purslanma@gmail.com. We read every message, and every suggestion helps us make Piaora a little better. Wishing you and your little one all the best!
Edit times?
Response from developer
Hi Skyla, Thank you so much! I'm so glad you're enjoying the app. ❤️ You can actually edit the session time already. When logging a session, just tap the date or time to change it to when your pumping session actually happened. If you've already saved the session, simply tap the session in your log to open it, then tap the date or time to update it. If that's not what you meant, I'd love to hear more! Feel free to email me anytime at purslanma@gmail.com. You can even send me a screenshot, and I'll be happy to show you exactly where to find it. And if I misunderstood your request, just let me know—I'm always happy to improve the app and help however I can. Thanks again for your support. It truly means a lot!
Widget needs work / edit start time
Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to edit the START time in a log rather than only inputting the end time and duration.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback! We’re glad you’re finding Piaora helpful. You’re right that having more up-to-date widget information and more flexibility when editing pump logs would make the experience better. We’ve noted both suggestions as we continue improving Piaora. Thanks for helping us make Piaora better!

Can’t change volume

Hi Serio, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We completely understand the issue you're describing. Right now, milk can only be used as the full amount originally stored in a bag. In your example, if a 3oz bag is only partially used, there's currently no way to record the exact amount consumed while keeping the remainder in your stash. We agree that this can lead to inaccurate inventory tracking. This is an incredibly valuable piece of feedback because it highlights a real-life feeding scenario that many pumping moms face every day. We've added support for partial bag usage to our roadmap and will prioritize finding the simplest and most reliable way to make it work. Feedback like yours genuinely helps us build a better app, and we're very grateful that you took the time to explain the problem so clearly. We truly appreciate your feedback and for helping us improve Piaora. 🤍
Handy but Basic
I also accidentally marked a bag as used and cannot for the life of me to figure out how to move it back to the ‘freezer’.

Hi there! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts — feedback like yours genuinely helps us make Piaora better for so many moms, and we really appreciate it. We understand how frustrating it can feel if a bag gets marked as used by mistake. Right now, you can undo this by swiping left on the record in your Stash and tapping Delete — this will remove the entry, and the bag will automatically go back to your stash. We know this isn’t super obvious at the moment, which is why in our next update we’ll make it much easier with a dedicated Used Bags list and an Undo button. We also hear you about bag numbering! The app assigns numbers automatically to make life easier, especially during those late-night, sleepy pumping sessions. Letting users manually enter numbers could easily create duplicates or confusion, which would just add stress. The numbering is just a label to help you keep track — it won’t affect the actual data you’ve logged. We completely understand how important it is to feel confident that your stash is accurate. The app keeps track exactly of what you record — it doesn’t change your entries on its own. Your real-life freezer depends on what’s actually stored there, but if anything ever feels off, we can help you fix it. We want to make sure your records match your stash as closely as possible, and we’ll guide you step by step if you need any adjustments. We’ve also improved numbering in the latest version so that numbers continue from the last bag — no more skipped numbers. Any gaps you saw were likely from an earlier version, and they won’t happen going forward. If the older gaps bother you, you can reach out to us at purslanma@gmail.com, and we can help you adjust them using a backup file. It’s fully private, guided, and safe — your data never leaves your control. Thank you again for helping us make Piaora better — your feedback means so much, and we’re always here to make sure your pumping experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. 💛
Easy and keeps me sane!
Using the stash has been amazing for me. Setting how much milk I’ll need per feed and then goals makes the app do the math for me as to how many days I have and what I still need. Within 2 months, I have 37 bags at 167 oz.
Love that it tells me what to label my bag #s. I made suggestion to developer to add grouping for making bricks and they added to roadmap.
Also love that it quickly shows me what bag # needs to used first and I can set my own use by date calculation.
Another helpful piece that could be added to app would be to have deep freezer as additional option since the expiration is different between freezer vs deep freeze but I don’t use a deep freezer currently. If I need to or start to, it’s something missing with this app currently. Or id have to change freezer best by settings and not be able to store any milk in my regular freezer since it’s all or nothing within the setting.
Suggestion also is easy ability to choose to log stash in oz or mL instead of only selecting one option in settings. Since I’m catching overflow, it’s not much. But by the time I bag it all for freezer, it’s enough to log in oz. But this limitation keeps me from logging my stash in the fridge and only adding once I bag for the freezer.
Beware, deleting a bag # doesn’t allow you to manually add that # again later!
I emailed developer about a questions, requested the import spreadsheet template, and made a suggestion and they responded same day with helpful screen recording and answers!

Hi Haley, This truly means so much — thank you for sharing your experience in such detail. Your routine (feeding on demand, pumping in between, and catching letdown) is exactly what we had in mind when building the app. It can be a lot to manage, so hearing that it helps you “stay sane” really means everything to us 🤍 We’re so glad the stash features, bag numbering, and “use first” guidance have been helpful — that’s exactly the kind of mental load we hope to take off your plate. And thank you for your thoughtful suggestions as well — especially around deep freezer support and more flexible unit logging. These real-life details are incredibly helpful, and we’re continuing to refine the experience with them in mind. Also really glad we could help over email — we always try to be as responsive and helpful as possible. We truly appreciate you being part of this journey. We’re always here if you need anything.
Cette application est vraiment géniale!
Need help
1️⃣ When I enter older stash entries (from December, for example), the app assigns them a higher bag number (like #14) even though they are my oldest bags. There’s no way to manually change bag numbers or have them follow the actual stash date, which makes my inventory order confusing.
2️⃣ I tried importing my stash data from Notes by converting it to CSV, but the app always says: “Invalid File Format. This CSV file is not in Pump Log format. Please select a valid Pump Log export file.” I’m unsure how to properly format it so it can be imported.
It would be amazing if the app could:
• Allow bag numbers to reflect the stash date (not entry order),
• Let us manually edit bag numbers if needed, and
• Accept CSV imports from Notes or provide a clear template for valid CSV formatting.
Thanks so much for your help — this app is super helpful, and these improvements would make it even better!

Hi! Thank you so much for the thoughtful and detailed message — I can tell you’re really hands-on with how you manage your stash, and I truly appreciate you sharing this 💛⠀ For bag numbers: they’re meant to match what’s written on the physical milk bags and stay consistent, so they’re assigned when entries are created. If you add older bags to the app later, they’ll get higher numbers — I’m sorry this made things feel out of order or confusing.⠀ The good news is that CSV import is supported. The issue is just that it needs a specific Pump Log format, which isn’t obvious when converting from Notes. If you reach out to me at purslanma@gmail.com, I’ll happily send you the CSV template and help you get everything imported the way you want.⠀ Thanks again for using the app and for such thoughtful feedback — it really does help make it better.
