About

A simple rhythm to return to. BreathAssistant guides a calm 4-7-8 practice — breathe in for 4, hold for 7, breathe out for 8. A gentle, repeating rhythm to help you settle, refocus, and return to your breath. Follow the circle. It expands as you inhale, holds steady, then contracts as you exhale. Let it set the pace — no counting to manage, just follow the motion and stay with the rhythm. Make it yours. Choose a speed that fits the moment — Rest, Walking, or Running — and pick any duration from 1 to 60 minutes with the snap wheel. Synchronized voice cues, subtle haptics, and soft ambient beds follow each stage so you can keep your eyes on the circle or close them and listen. Your practice, on your device. Sessions are saved privately on-device so you can see your streak, today, yesterday, this week, this month, all-time, and your best day. A brief 3-screen intro orients you the first time you open the app, and reduce-motion support uses calm cross-fades when you prefer less motion. The interface is a quiet, dark, distraction-free space designed around the circle. Fully offline — no account, no sign-in, no server. Bundled audio ships inside the app, nothing is streamed, and no data leaves your device. Your practice stays private on your phone. See the privacy policy at https://rgaleev.com/breathassistant/privacy for details. BreathAssistant is a wellness and relaxation practice for general wellbeing. It is not a health or wellness service beyond that framing.
