I just downloaded the app, loved it, paid for it and absolutely loving it. It’s so easy to use. I love the voice. I love the colors. I love that it has ocean sounds as one of the options. I’ve never heard of a breathing technique that also uses humming. I tried it. It is powerful! I feel my whole body buzz with calm and a profound sense of well-being afterwards. I love it! Having experienced how fantastic that feels, I want more humming practices! I really look forward to seeing what the developer gives us next. This is a really special app. Thank you!

I love this app. It’s simple and effective. The issue with many breathing exercises is that everyone has a different baseline level with their breathing rate and how long they can hold their breath in a holding pattern. Having multiple options means you can find what feels most natural to you.
