About

breathe with me helps you build a steady, sustainable breathing practice — without the hype. Explore a library of techniques drawn from authentic traditions: box breathing, 4-7-8, coherence and parasympathetic breathing patterns, classical pranayama (Narayana Krama, Vasudeva Krama), and Sikh-tradition mantra meditation. Each technique includes clear "Before you begin" safety notes and a plain-language pattern guide, so you always know what you're practicing and why. When you're ready, the session player carries the experience: a precise timer with a gentle visual pacer that traces the shape of each breath, and soft haptic cues for round-counted and mantra practices. Before a session, an optional check-in asks how you're feeling and lets you set an intention for the practice. When you finish, a calm completion screen shows how the session moved you. A private journal lives alongside it — answer the day's reflection prompt or write freely. Journal entries and mood check-ins stay on your device; we don't read or store their contents on our servers. A forgiving daily practice calendar helps the habit stick without pressure. Miss a day and your streak pauses rather than resets, because a real practice bends without breaking. breathe with me is free, calm by design, and free of ads and in-app purchases.
