I use the app at school when I’m having a panic attack (I have many a week) and when I feel one coming I just open the app. So easy, love this app. Really relaxing and I love how it tells you your heart rate. 11/10 rating.
Kept me breathing normal
I do not breath normal and it has caused health problems this was one of the reasons I purchased an iWatch.
What was the logic in removing this app?
The similar apps do not even come close to the simplicity of this app.

Can’t find a way to get this for my watch
This app was great
Please bring back the way the notification settings from this app, start of the day and end of day apps are not that great.

From my iPhone it says can only be downloaded from Apple Watch. On Apple
