Not so great

It doesn’t record anything some days. Set for a delay start last night and put the phone down. This morning it had a pop up CANCEL DELAY? Could not record. Why did it do that? Didn’t record anything the night before either. I plan to delete the app but it was good to hear my snoring the 70% of the time it worked. No issue if I use my cpap.

Not worth it

I have two sleep number beds. Great product. But this app is not good and not a good investment. Slow and not working many times.

NICE!

So far, so good. It tells me what I need to know to help me sleep better. Had the highest sleep score last night. Feel VERY rested this morning. Better than I have in YEARS!

Great app

Questions

It indicated I did not snore, However, it came up with a scale of snoring, so I’m not sure of what’s occurring.

Don’t use if you use headphones to sleep

Frustrating and half-baked. Partner sync sounds great—until it asks us to confirm every single time we lay down. My wife prefers using headphones for sleep audio, but this app hijacks the mic/audio, so it’s either the app or her headphones, not both. Why is this even a separate app from Sleep Number? Feels lazy and disjointed. I’m using it, she isn’t, and honestly, we’ll probably stop altogether—it’s just not usable like this.

Inconsistent

The consistency of this app to work is terrible. One night at works and the next night it doesn’t there is no rhyme or reason to why it works or doesn’t work. Also, the fact that it has some kind of conflict with an iPhone battery being in the optimized mode doesn’t make any sense either. I would expect more for something associated with sleep number beds, but you don’t get it. More work needs to be done on this app.

Poor

Sleep Cycle is a much better free option. Figured Sleep Number would have a better app given their size but nope. Don't waste your time.

Pretty insightful. I’ve only used it a couple of times so far.

Disappointed in Kansas

I was surprised ho poorly the app worked. Not up to the standards I expected from anything associated with Sleep Number.
Showed that no snoring recorded and let me tell you that is not the case in any way shape or form!
