At the time, we were a very small team, and response times didn’t always reflect the level of care and attention we aim to provide. Since then, we’ve joined a larger organisation, which means we now have more capacity and better processes in place to respond more quickly and consistently when you need support. We know how important accurate litter records are, especially when you’ve trusted us enough to upgrade. Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel when you think you’ve made a mistake and aren’t sure how to correct it, especially when you’re tracking something as important as puppy growth. We want to reassure you that everything you enter in Breedera can be edited. To update a weight or record, simply find the saved entry and tap on it to make changes. Nothing is locked in, and you never need to delete a puppy profile just to correct a number. If you’re still having trouble finding the right record, please email us at support@breedera.com and we’ll be happy to guide you through it. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review. This app is moving my business ahead!
The developers are very interested in helping support dog breeders of all levels- from a completely free version for beginners, a flexible monthly option that you can easily pause when you need to, and the paid version for those of us doing this full time!
I suggested a small change, they got back to me within the day, and now a couple of days later- it will be included in the next update! I’m very pleased and looking forward to a great future together.

Hi, please contact us at support@breedera.com - All your records are totally safe. You’ve just accidentally created a new account, rather than logging into your existing account. There’s a super easy way to get back into your account. Just log out, then sign back in with email and password (not Apple). That’s it, all your records will be there.
