This was resolved within a few hours, and everything is now working as expected. At the time, we were a very small team, and response times didn’t always reflect the level of care and attention we aim to provide. Since then, we’ve joined a larger organisation, which means we now have more capacity and better processes in place to respond more quickly and consistently when you need support. We know how important accurate litter records are, especially when you’ve trusted us enough to upgrade. Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel when you think you’ve made a mistake and aren’t sure how to correct it, especially when you’re tracking something as important as puppy growth. We want to reassure you that everything you enter in Breedera can be edited. To update a weight or record, simply find the saved entry and tap on it to make changes. Nothing is locked in, and you never need to delete a puppy profile just to correct a number.
