Inconsistent experience
I often get “no route” when trying to pay lightning invoices. Very frustrating.

Why does it have podcasts? Is this a bitcoin lightning app or something else (podcast app)
Needs to focus on the primary function, not podcasts.

100% failure
Literally 100% failure rate on payments for days. Can’t even send my money to another one of my own wallets.

Good as a Lightning wallet, but not competitive for swaps
I appreciate that Breez has a non-custodial wallet that integrates Lightning and BTC. But they have some limitations: you cannot create multiple wallets (unlike Green), you cannot restore a Breez wallet on another wallet app (unlike Aqua and Green), you cannot use your Breez wallet app on multiple devices simultaneously (unlike Aqua and Green), Breez has not integrated Liquid yet (unlike Aqua).
I have hopes of good developments in Breez for both the Liquid and Lightning layer technology. In my current testing and comparison with Green, Muun and Aqua the fees for swaps in Breez from Lightning to BTC are not competitive with the others. Green doesn’t offer swaps but their Liquid wallet is non-custodial (their Lightning wallet is still in Beta). Aqua swaps via L-BTC for cheaper fees, and Muun swaps via Lightning for the cheapest fees. Breez mobile app is good if you deal in Lightning only, but the swap feature is pointless until it becomes more cost effective.

Wallet needs work!
Tried moving 10,000 Sats in March and it's still pending I'm glad that all I had in the wallet! The best experience I've had sending crypto is on Solana it's fast and cheap bitcoin and eth are a rip when it comes to buying selling and swapping gas fees are outrageous!
Always at 0%, always offline
I was an early adopter, but lately the app just doesn’t work. Breez is offline. It stays at 0% synchronized to the Bitcoin Network. And all my Bitcoin is stuck on the app. No response from support email.

My fund was pending and I can not reach to the support. My money would be lost. So do not use it.

My friend told me about your app I downloaded it on my phone, so when it was time for me to use it, it turned out to be my biggest nightmare. My boss sent me some money from Cashapp bitcoin to my Breez Wallet. It’s been over four days now despite chatting the customer care team. They still couldn’t do anything about my money. I followed their every instructions still I don’t get my money. This has never been a favorable app for yet caused more troubles in my life. I lost my job due to this and I will never forgive your app for this.
