Crashes
For months I have been sending feedback that this app crashes every time when using an iPhone. Yet nothing has been done which is really making a hardship for small group leaders checking attendance.

Crashes Always
Takes about 20 tries to even get my username half typed. It usually crashes upon typing anything, and then if I finally get farther than that, it’ll crash trying to Log me In. I’ve made bug reports, but apparently this has been a problem for 4 years, so.
Terrible support. Inaccurate information
Researched this setup for months checked and double checked before ordering. Ordered an iPad because the website says the iOS works with the Brother printers and we ordered the Brother because it is almost half the price of the dymo. And got everything here and the brother isn’t recognized at all. I’ve been in IT for over 25 years and this is crazy. The fact that you would force printers brands is insane. Not pleased not happy

Many bugs, no updates
There haven’t been any recent updates and it shows. The app has many bugs that make it difficult to use. If you can keep it functioning, it does check people in and out, and it prints tags. It would be great if this app could get some attention.
Great tool
Such an easy way to check people in for both small groups and large events. Use this all the time.
Doesn't work (macOS)
I installed the app on a macbook air. I was able to enter my church's subdomain, but at the login screen, when I click in the username field it immediately crashes. I repeated this process 4-5 times and it happened in the same way each time. I've used the app on my iPhone and it works well. But for areas like children's ministry check in, it would be better to have it functioning on a laptop. Mine is a 2020 Macbook Air with macOS Ventura 13.4.1.

Always having technical issues
I spend more time during my work week trying to make sure this app works for Sunday check-in than I should. This is an okay app but I’d recommend not getting the wireless option where you have to use the IPAD and app. Instead, buying the printer that connects to a desktop. I’ve never tried it but I imagine it works consistently to check-in through the desktop dashboard which I’ve never had an issue with so far.

Still way too slow to be practically usable.
Needs Update
Does not work with latest iOS. Bought a new iPad and label printer only to find out it doesn’t work. App hasn’t been updated in a year.
Amazing innovation!
This app really brings out the best in Breeze’s check in system. Allowing us to use completely wireless iPads, iPhones and inexpensive wireless label printers really helped us give our congregation a premium, high-quality experience with less money than having to invest in additional PCs, wired label printers and all the cable running that would have required. Really can’t express what a game-changer this is, particularly for new church startups and international missions. Bravo, Breeze!!
