Constant Issues
It’s like a surprise each time you log on to find out which feature of the app isn’t working today. Their repeated answer, “ use the website”. For a service that charges a substantial monthly fee, it’s just unacceptable. It’s great when it works, but….
Terrible login experience
Most annoying app to log into on my phone. Does not stay logged in. Does not do Face ID or passcode. Every time you open the app you have to look up your password by searching for it in Apple or type the whole thing in. Literally the worst login experience of all apps.

App no longer has search features, something you expect to have in a database. Continual warning about Java script license.

WHY? WHY? WHY? Must I re-enter my user credentials every bloody time I use the app? From my iPHONE no less?!?
Constantly having to log in
This app is absolutely terrible. I’m so tired of having to log in over and over again every time I need to check something. It’s supposed to have an auto sign on capability which might work once or twice then it forces you to log in afterwards. Even my bank app has a facial recognition function. Get with it people.

Functional, but retains quirks
With multiple devices/OS platforms over various app updates, I continue to encounter a questionable of functionality in features such as the "Today" icon in the Events section. Perhaps this is designed to update the calendar view to the current date/day; in reality, it performs no apparent function. Likewise, both Events and People tend to refresh or reset when scrolling. Additional developer follow-through seems worthwhile.

Very clean, but could be a bit more intuitive
The main qualm I have with this app is that when viewing the calendar (month view) in landscape mode, the categories and calendar overview take up so much realestate on the left. It crops the event names so much that I cannot read whats on the calendar without selecting events individually. I want to be able to read events at a glance. It would be much cleaner and more readable if (like in portrait mode) the categories and overview remain underneath.
And when selecting times, the scrolling is slow. It would be nice to have the scrolling or being able to type in the time. If these two changes were implemented, 5 stars.
Great work on the app so far! Looking forward to future updates.

Can’t get into my account
I keep requesting an email an cannot get one or any help at all. This is completely ridiculous.
User friendly and lots of new features
I’ve used Breeze CHMS with two different jobs now and find it very user friendly. Even for non tech folks.
I’ve been able to customize our donor pages and provide links and QR codes for each of our major programs. Congregants of all ages and tech abilities give great feedback on this feature.
We appreciate the app as an easy way to access our data when we aren’t in the office.
And sometimes when I’m at my desk it’s easier to look something up fast in the app than on the desktop.
Keep up the great work! We love the innovation even if some of the new features aren’t a good fit for our community.

Potential
Potentially helpful database for Church administrations. A lot of really good features.
A deathblow for this app is how incredibly SLOW it is. Sluggishness causes it to feel as though it is not working and ineffective when in reality it’s just taking a very long time for the app to be responsive. I imagine this loses a lot of individuals needing to use the app for mobile purposes. Developers need to solve this ASAP as this is a massive stand out from other far less professional apps that move lightning fast in comparison.

So Slow
“Breeze” is a misnomer. It could be called “sludge” because the app (and website) are unbearably slow at times. If it wasn’t a pain to switch to a different platform, we would.
Too slow to use
I was so excited to see there was an iOS version of this, so I could access it from my phone. Not so, it takes minutes to load pages or menus.
Slow is Understatement
I just came to read the reviews because I felt that the app was so slow, and I have just discover that it is not just my phone. It needs some improvement. I am surprise that it hasn’t been upgraded after all these years.
Extremely Slow
Its so hard to complete my follow ups because the app is incredibly slow. If I type a word, it takes about 20 seconds to finally finish typing. This only happens with the Breeze app.
Monstrously Slow
The Breeze desktop program is very useful and relatively fast.
HOWEVER: This app is s.o.o.o.o.o.o s.s.s.s.l.l.l.o.o.o.o.o.o.o.o.w.w.w that it is absolutely useless. I have a relatively new iPad with IOS 17 that performs very well with other apps.

Remarkably SLOW
The breeze program is a very good resource on a DESKTOP, but this app opens so slowly that many of our members have stopped using it. I timed it today and it was nearly 3 minutes on my iPhone 14. Brutal. Also there has not been an update to the app software in over a year. With all phone operating systems constantly evolving my concern for this Breeze app to continue to work is growing….

White screen
It worked fine for about 2 months & now I can’t seem to get my breeze to work properly. When I click the app, my screen is white and I have no options. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing helps.
Good but slow
The database is nice with a number of flexible features. The debilitating aspect is the speed. I know the story of the tortoise and the hare, but in the digital world it is very helpful for an app to load quickly and efficiently.
It would also be nice if there was a “swipe” feature where one could swipe from one member to another who share common designations (eg. birthdays, membership, street address).
