Poor functionality
Constant app crashes when trying to upload receipts, if you open any policy there’s no close or back button so have to close the app and re login every time. Amazed developers passed this app off as functional and acceptable

Never felt the need to leave a review on apps until needing to use this via work.
It’s absolutely terrible, constantly crashes, logs you constantly, very difficult to navigate, claim forms don’t download without crashing. You really need to sort it out.

Great app
Doesn’t display any of my services, allow me to make claims, or do ANYTHING. There are zero features besides taking a questionnaires and even then half the content goes off the screen. What is even the point of Breeze

Poor UI and buggy
As per the title. Difficult to navigate. Areas of the UI open and you can’t go back forcing the user to close the app, log back in and continue. Disappointing
Hasn’t got the basics right
This app feels like a first draft that hasn’t even managed to get the basics right. It doesn’t remember your log in details. There is no back navigation option once you’ve opened a document so you have to close the app and start again. Which is even more of an issue as you have to manually input your user name and password every time. The app is also generally not user friendly or easy to navigate.

Crashes
If i could score this app a zero, i would. Open a page, there’s no back option, try to make a claim, crashes you out and you have to start again. This app is impossible to use.

The app crashes when you select take photo for a claim. The app looks and feels like the website - which is clunky at best. As it’s useless to me, I’ll delete it and use the website.

Doesn’t do anything that you can’t do online. Log in is painful. The claim form wouldn’t work properly on my iPhone so couldn’t enter any information. Really poor
Could have been so much better
The functionality that you actually want - ie managing and making claims on your cash plan is buried under fluff and superfluous stuff like health monitoring etc, making it even less user friendly than the website!

Wrap and Tap with very limited functionality.
Expectation: open claim, add evidence via camera, all personal data pre-filled but editable, select a few variables, submit, wait a few days for the money to come back

The worst user interface
A terrible app with shocking user interface. The app itself is glitchy, when scrolling through difference services the app glitches. For a health app, navigating the app just causes extra stress. Just a basic & poor app.
Apple has just voted this the worst app of the year! They are right!
Bad layout, bad UI, crashes when trying to upload or take a photo to claim. Unclear, messy layout, nothing intuitive at all.
Complete scam
Does not give you a breakdown like advertised, instead it ask you to sign up to Better Help & pay another subscription to have someone go through your results with you. Even worse there is no way to cancel through Apple subscriptions as it doesn’t show up so you have to email them. Would be 0 stars but they don’t let you give that!

Horrible App
I don’t usually write app reviews good or bad. In this case I made a special exception. This app is so bad it’s not worth wasting your time. It’s practically unusable. In this day and age where app development is so cheap there’s no excuse for a company of this size to have such a bad app. If you’re not going to bother building a proper app for your customers. Just don’t make one at all.

Poor app
Doesn’t work like a well thought out app can. Basically a web page which is squeezed into the app. Some pages I go on I can’t return the previous page meaning I have to close the app and reopen it. Won’t be using again.
