Don’t use
These people have left me stranded. I was given an emergency voucher by the council so I could get to my hospital appointments. This app has been nothing but a nightmare. It’s left me stranded several times without any way of getting home. I’ve now had to start court proceedings against them. They use AI to respond to emails so you never get a response from any human. It’s made my life hell and has even made me suicidal.

It’s more expensive - avoid
I only use this because I’m on the mobility credits trial so don’t pay myself, but the train tickets are more expensive on here than any other app like Trainline or Splitmyfare. If you don’t have mobility credits this app is complete waste of time (and money).
An excellent example of a transport app
I use this to buy train tickets and keep an eye on my bus. I’ve also used it a few times to hire e-scooters. Really good route planning and so helpful to have access to all the transport types in one place.

Bus and train info rubbish
Asks for too much personal information. Then when you look up buses or trains the information is pretty rubbish. Couldn’t find my bus stop at all. Train info is incomplete. Both train and bus info can be found much quicker and much more clearly on other apps.

Immediately suspended my account
After submitting all my personal details, bank details and licence/Face ID details it’s suspended my account without any details.
Will delete account and hope that this data is not retained.
Also, the long list of details tracked by the app seems shockingly long.

Renting e-scooter
It was great and smooth renting an e-scooter via Breeze. Will do it again.
Horrible App
If you aren't careful, the app will unlock a random bike near you. If you don't find that bike, the app will keep charging you and the only way to stop that is to find the bike and lock it. The staff cant do anything about it as they say there is currently no rides on your account. There are 10£ and 25£ charges for parking outside parking station and parking zone, when the zone is tiny and only few parking stations exist. It’s all a lot of trouble and no convenience, at a very expensive price.

Good app
This is a useful app and am looking forward to when all of the features are released e.g extra bus companies, ferries. So far I've only been able to use it a little due to location. Hopefully soon the train tickets will be on the app instead of emailed though that's a minor thing. Also hoping "plus bus" might be digital soon - that would be really handy. Pleased the error for Beryl bike hire has been corrected.
