App isn’t great
Buses don’t show on the app half the time. When they are running late or are cancelled, the app doesn’t tell you that automatically. You have to dig around to find out and even then it’s not always up to date. Pointless sending feedback on it as it clearly just goes to some intern who doesn’t care.

Fix your app it’s terrible it’s telling me buses that aren’t even real or don’t even show app this app stinks
No live times
Suddenly no ‘real time’ on the app? Unsure if my bus is on time or running late because of this. Not exactly handy when it’s -2 outside. :(
Absolute Trash Service
You have to buy tickets in bundle, and suddenly you can’t use half of the tickets.
