There usually okay for driver a rough wait of 10 mins at max however I’ve been waiting 26 minutes for a taxi when I phoned up asking if it’ll be long she said I’m next in line that was 10 minutes ago. She also didn’t sound too happy to when I asked if it’d be much longer.
Don’t usually mind waiting however this is just a pisstake!

Shocking.
We were at Doof in the park and left 50 minutes early so we could get a taxi. We walked a good bit away from the festival so there would be no issues for the taxi. The 1st taxi got taken off us as the driver took the first person they saw. Same with the second and then the 3rd. We walked over 4 miles home at 1am! The festival finished at 11pm and we left before then! It was absolutely freezing. The ONLY plus side to this was the operators were lovely but the taxi drivers who had us were ignorant.

Great app for taxis in Dundee! They always come within a few minutes, drivers are helpful and cars are clean!

my colleague recommend tele taxi as she tried already and she was very satisfied especially the time pick up. it’s my first time to book taxi at 2:15am at first i was scared i might be late on my scheduled bus going to edinburgh but driver came on time. Will surely use this again
