The new app is pants

The app and service used to be flawless. The new app is a nightmare. Hard to track / book / pre book. Updates for journeys are almost impossible to work out compared to the previous app. More options required before can quick book. Honestly a lot lot worse

Really good app and drivers are brilliant. Be aware though that the location finder isn’t brilliant so to double check before booking. It doesn’t give brilliant detail so the driver sometimes has trouble finding you.
