I love this bus, its route and drivers.
Terrible app
You try search for buses and live times and the app doesn’t load whether it is on 4G 5G or WiFi, I’ve found it easier to buy tickets either on the bus or on the website as it’s way more convenient

I Love this user friendly app and it makes commuting very easy.
Used to be serviceable.
Used to use this app regularly to travel around town, now I have come back to using it to head out of town every morning and the app is a complete disaster.
Bus times not accurate, tracker does not show buses and if it does it’s usually wrong or showing 4 buses when there are only ever 2 at a time.
People and not just me rely on buses to get them to their everyday activities/responsibilities it’s completely unacceptable to be let down regularly.
Do better.

Late bus or no bus
Feed up waiting for the 57 Cultenhove St.Ninians bus hardly shows up on tracker plus no updates if bus has been taken off route midlands start doing your job properly and let us know if bus is running or not people have work appointment ect shocking
