Used to be serviceable.
Used to use this app regularly to travel around town, now I have come back to using it to head out of town every morning and the app is a complete disaster.
Bus times not accurate, tracker does not show buses and if it does it’s usually wrong or showing 4 buses when there are only ever 2 at a time.
People and not just me rely on buses to get them to their everyday activities/responsibilities it’s completely unacceptable to be let down regularly.
Do better.

Late bus or no bus
Feed up waiting for the 57 Cultenhove St.Ninians bus hardly shows up on tracker plus no updates if bus has been taken off route midlands start doing your job properly and let us know if bus is running or not people have work appointment ect shocking

Horrible experience
This is crazy I was waiting on my bus for 20 mins already off to a bad start then it never shows up and I have to wait 40 mins for the next one so I’m not waiting that long so I call for a lift and then oh look what happens it shows up 10 minutes late and my lift is nearly there what a discrace.
Can’t view timetable
Tried to view the 13 timetable on a Sunday. Not for a Sunday as I know it doesn’t run then it was for a different day but it was on a Sunday I was trying to view the day I needed to view but it wouldn’t let me change the day from the current day (a Sunday)

The bus service is honestly becoming ridiculous, especially the X38. Buses are constantly late or sometimes do not arrive at all, even though there are clearly scheduled times shown on the app and at bus stops. People rely on these times because we all have places to be work, college, appointments, and other important commitments.
What makes it even worse is that the bus tracker app barely works properly. I remember waiting for the X38 because the app showed it would arrive at a specific time, but it never came. Instead, I had to wait another 40 minutes for the next bus. It turns out the “scheduled” bus was apparently just a glitch and was actually the next service the whole time. That is completely unacceptable.
The company always says they “cannot guarantee bus times,” but then what is the point of having timetables, schedules, and live trackers if they are not accurate? People plan their entire journeys around these times. The lack of reliability and communication is frustrating and wastes people’s time daily.

Perfect service
I recently started a new job in Grangemouth and need travel from Bo’ness to Grangemouth, Bus is always on time and Drivers, male and Female I’m now recognising and are very helpful since I’m new to the E tickets system 🙂

When the bus is running later I can sit in the house and watch the progress. Then amble down to the stop
GET YOUR BUS TRACKERS WORKING AND THE BUSSES ON TIME.
The busses sometimes are terrible and whrn theres a turning circle you do not know what way it goes, I can not track where my bus is and it’s getting very annoying every time a bus passes me!! GET IT FIXED. And the phone number DOES NOT WORK.

The F25 is the best bus service I’ve been on I’ve been on it so many times I mostly know all the drivers and they probably recognise my face at this point and all the other buses are good but this one is the best

Why is it never on time?? The bus I try to get most nights 18:49 is always late! I’m literally trying to get this bus to work and it’s actually ridiculous the amount of times I’ve had to phone to be picked up. Please do better especially since you seem to have put up these posting claiming better timings??

Since selling my car I’m using the bus service now. I’m delighted with the service. generally always on time. Your drivers are very polite and the buses are always clean and tidy.
The only comment I would make is that I fail to understand why the old Falkirk bus station isn’t brought back into service whilst major works are being carried out in Newmarket St.

Bad service
this bus company is a straight up joke and none of there buses ever show up, they’re app is glitchy when i try to see where my bus is it tells me the wrong place
