Cant buy fares
When I first got this app last year it worked fine, now i can’t even purchase a fare in the app & i don’t t know why. It doesn’t let me add money, which is the whole point of this app. The one function that needs to work doesn’t work.

I was wondering what was going on with the app after uninstalling and reinstalling… turns out they’ve switched to a different app. Type in Marta and you’ll see the updated version:)
It’s as if this app was programmed NOT to work. #Atlanta.
Can’t add value, can’t buy fare. No explanation why. What more can we expect from this city????

You can’t even add money to your account. Worst bus app I have ever seen EVER!
