Slow & Terrible

This is quite possibly the slowest app I have ever used in my life. It takes ages to open—and even longer to display my tickets. I have a brand-new phone, so I don't think the issue lies with my device. If you are at the bus stop waiting for your ride, you need to make sure you arrive well in advance just to be able to access your tickets. Today, I was using my phone as usual, but when I opened the app, my phone completely crashed and became unusable. Thanks to a kind bus driver, I was able to complete my trip (since I couldn't access my tickets). However, this app put me in a bad mood and completely ruined my commute.

Horrible, horrible horrible

I don’t know why they change this. It doesn’t work it doesn’t login. It doesn’t give you proper receipts. The old site was amazing. Now today, I can’t even get it to open up. I’m so sick of this app.
