Love my Kevin the Coffee machine
Just purchased our coffee machine and love everything about it so far. 🥰
Great Coffee
Love this machine
Just a sales tool
For an Oracle Jet, the app only serves to order supplies, show basic maintenance videos, and access some settings. No special features or drink making advantages. Total waste of time downloading this nearly useless app unless you want an easier way to send Breville your money.
Breville+ Coffee App
It’s a great pairing addition to the Oracle Jet
Extremely deceptive
Not only did this app not do anything for the coffee machine itself, but on top of it, just to really round out the waste of time for you, you can’t even provide feedback in the application because if you say anything negative, it asks you to open a support ticket. How crazy these people must be to pretend and lie to their leadership team about customer satisfaction that they make it impossible to give negative feedback?! Wow. As a product manager, this made me so sad because you know there is a team of people in this company hiding bad customer satisfaction and hurting customers for no reason other than avoiding responsibility. Gross.

Pointless for Oracle Jet
I was eager to see what features or options were added to my Jet now that the app “supported” it. In short, nothing. The app wants to sell me supplies. I can connect the app to the Jet, but there is zero functionality.
Not any different than normal for Oracle Jet and is just a way to get more ads in your face.
I have the Oracle Jet and I was hoping the app would be customize more parameters or see history of extraction or see “how many shots” and nice data like that.
Instead I am created with a page of “name your machine” which is pointless and then the sole page is videos you can find on YouTube, accessories that you don’t need, coffee that you’ve never had, and cleaning supplies. Which, the app doesn’t even tell you how far along you are till cleaning. You still have to use your machine.
I have the Oracle Jet so maybe mine is just too “dumb.” However, I was hoping that my 2k machine would be able to tell me more with the app… nope. Just ads.

No Oracle Jet Features
There are zero remote features for the oracle jet (a very expensive and not dated machine!) the app is essentially a glorified manual and order kiosk. Disappointing
Useless for Oracle Jet
Constantly says “Something went wrong” even after pairing g successfully. Also you can’t do or see anything except play videos on cleaning and setup.

Disappointing app for $2000 machine
Can add my Oracle Jet but cannot control a single thing from the app. Is this a joke?
Not very functional
Connects easily to my Oracle Jet, but not even an option to remotely start the machine. Only thing it offers is tutorials (which are already on the machine) and options to purchase accessories and coffee.
Doesn’t include the Oracle Jet?
My Oracle Jet prompted me this morning for an update which would add support for the Breville+ Coffee app. I installed the update. Installed the Breville+ Coffee app. But there is no Oracle Jet machine listed to add my machine to the app.
Just the best
Researched coffee machines. Bought the Breville Oracle Dual Boiler - amazing machine, amazing coffee. Just love it. Well worth the money.
Love
I bought a barista touch as a house warming gift to myself when we moved into our new home. I had to learn how to use this machine but once i did, i now brew myself a coffee shop worthy latte every morning!
Gr8 taste! ☕️
Love how easy & tasty Breville coffee machine’s provide!
Oracle Dual Boiler
I have had Breville espresso machines in the past and decided to try a Jura super automatic. Nice machine - but after a while it lost its charm. Came back to Breville and picked up the new Oracle Dual Boiler. What a fantastic machine ! Easy setup and operation - pours an excellent shot which you can customize on manual if you’re experienced. The shot pull and steam wand are outstanding. Highly recommend!

Nonsense
App works fine and connected to the Oracle Double Boiler quickly. And all it does is turn on the unit remotely. And that’s it. The rest are app settings that can be adjusted or items that can be ordered from Breville. Kinda a waste of time. Seems to be just a marketing tool.
Neat tool!
Love that I can program my machines wake schedule easily from my app.
The Best on the market by Breville
